Advertisement Criteria:
All advertisements are subject to Committee approval

All advertisements must be camera ready and be submitted in a jpeg file.

All advertisements must be submitted in 1 color only.

All applications and advertisements must be submitted by July 13, 2009 to Lynn Beard via email at beardl@ou.edu or npnconference@ou.edu

A separate application must be submitted for each advertisement.




Advertising Fees:
Full Page Advertisement (8 ½ in. x 11in.): $1,000
 Half Page Horizontal Advertisement (8 ½ in. x 5 ½ in.): $600

Agreement:
Applications will not be accepted without payment.  Processing of your payment does not constitute acceptance of your advertisement.  Not withstanding anything else in this agreement, if the advertisement is not accepted, then the advertisement fee will be refunded by the University of Oklahoma.  NPN will not knowingly accept advertisements that discriminate on the basis of ethnic group, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, record of public offense, and/or disability.
