Each individual is responsible for making their own hotel reservations and for paying thier own guest room, tax and incidental charges upon check-out.

The conference registration fee DOES NOT include the cost of the hotel room.

Special Conference Rate:     Single Occupancy:        $97.00 + 16% tax per room, per night

Rates will be offered 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of rooms
at the time of reservation.

Guests arriving prior to check-in time or checking out prior to the end of the event may check their baggage with the bell stand.

Reservation Confirmation:  On receipt of reservations, the hotel will confirm the reservation to the individual in electronic form provided that a correct e-mail address is provided at the time of the reservation.

Room Deposit:  All reservations will be held without deposit until 6:00 p.m. on the arrival date. 
Reservations for arrival after 6:00 p.m. must be guaranteed by one night’s deposit or by major credit card. If an attendee does not cancel their reservation, hotel will charge their credit card for the first night only and cancel all subsequent nights with no further charges.  Deposits will be fully refunded within 36 hours if reservations are canceled by 6:00 p.m. on the arrival date.
