The Conference Registration and Information Desk will be open the following hours at Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency-Orange County.

            Tuesday September 15, 2009              12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
            Wednesday, September 16, 2009       7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
            Thursday, September 17, 2009            7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
            Friday, September 18, 2009                  7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

           
Four easy ways to register
Register early to assure your place at the conference.  Registrations after August 4, 2009 will be accepted only if space is available. Note: $10 non-refundable service charge on all purchase orders and a 3% non-refundable service charge on all credit card orders.

By Internet
On-line registration.  Payment must be made by credit card or purchase order.

By Mail
Return your completed registration form and check, money order, purchase order, or credit card authorization made payable to the University of Oklahoma to:  CCE Registration, 1700 Asp Avenue, Room B-1, Norman, OK 73072-6400.

By Phone

Call and charge the registration fee to your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover account or provide a purchase order number.  When you register by phone, we ask that you have the registration form completed before you call so you have at hand all the information needed by the registrar.

You can send your registration form by fax if you pay by credit card or provide a purchase order.


Conference Registration Fees:

NPN Early bird registration and exhibitor registration fees will remain at last year’s rate of $395 for participants and $2250 for exhibitors. Also Students and CSAP Fellows will remain the same at $300. We will still offer a group rate of 5 individuals for the price of 4. NOTE: There is a non-refundable $10 service charge for Purchase Orders and a 3% service charge on credit card transactions

$395 – Early Bird Registration Fee (must be postmarked by August 4, 2009)
$525 – Late Registration Fee after August 4, 2009
$575 – Walk-in Fee
$200 – One-day Fee
$125 – Youth/Student or CSAP Fellow Fee One-day Fee
$300 – Youth/Student* Fee and CSAP Fellow Fee        
*Please provide official verification from your institution that you are enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours during the Summer Session of 2009 or a minimum of 9 credit hours during the  Fall Semester of 2009 to qualify for the Student Fee.

Lodging is not included in the conference registration fee.  The reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and the conference bag and materials are included in the registration fee.


GROUP Registration Fee:

Special Group Registration Rate*:   5 Attendees for the price of 4 (a savings of $395) 

* All 5 attendees from the same organization must register together and be paid using ONE single transaction. If participant cannot attend, substitutions only are allowed. (Check/Credit Card/PO are acceptable forms of payment)  NOTE: There is a non-refundable $10 service charge for Purchase Orders and a 3% service charge on credit card transactions

Group registration not available via online registration link, must be submitted on the GROUP Participant Registration Form, and meet all qualifications.

Conference Registration Cancellation/Transfer Policy

All conference registrations are subject to a $100 handling fee.  Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked by August 8, 2009 in order to receive a refund less the $100 handling fee.  Transfer of registration to another person may be done at any time without penalty.  Refunds cannot be authorized for no-shows, and will be billed at conference rate.

Confirmation
All registrations received by August 4, 2009 will be confirmed in writing. Please do not assume you are registered unless you have received a confirmation notice.  If you do not receive a confirmation notice by August 15, 2009, please call 1-800-522-0772, Ext. 0816 or (405) 325-0816.

Continuing Education Credits
Continuing Education Units (CEUs):  1.7 CEUs (17 clock hours) will be awarded from the University of Oklahoma, College of Continuing Education upon completion of the entire conference.  Certificates may be requested by completing the “Certificate Request” form in your conference packet and returning it to the conference registration desk.

Conference Dress
Business casual is preferred.
