REQUIRED SKILLS and PROFICIENCIES: Basic knowledge of standard office equipment including photocopier, FAX machine, and laser printer.  Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated familiarity with adult learning principles, Instructional System Design, and training skills.  Demonstrated knowledge of the Strategic Prevention Framework.  Ability to interface effectively with a variety of personnel. Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team. Demonstrated knowledge of training needs assessments and evaluation. Demonstrated experience in facilitation.

 SALARY RANGE: $30,000 - $32,000 HOURS PER WEEK: 40    JOB LOCATION: Albuquerque, New Mexico. REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education/job related experience. 18 months experience in substance abuse prevention or training development and delivery. Experience with Windows. Excel, and Form building.  Experience providing logistical support to events (e.g., conferences, training, workshops).
