CSAP's Southwest CAPT has extended its Service
to Science Academy (STS) application deadline to June 20, 2008.
STS is a
regional technical assistance project designed to strengthen
the evaluation practices of "field grown" program developers
and evaluators through TA with an evaluator. The Academy will
be held August 4 & 5, 2008 in
Kansas City, MO.
Each academy is
tailored to meet the unique needs of the individuals selected
to attend. The academy also includes:

A presentation on crafting a successful
application
· National Registry of
Effective Programs and Practices updates
· Basic evaluation and logic model
training
· 40 hours of additional
TA after the event
